Yay for Sparkly Pants, not sure how that could be made into a G-rated kids story though...
I get it.
I don't think Sparkly Pants is G-rated material. More like PG-13 stuff.

Hey, they have some pretty crazy children's books out there.
Check out "It's Just A Plant" sometime. The premier pro-marijuana children's book of all time.
And yay EDG for getting it. :)
For clarification: I never actually noticed that in the movie, I've just heard *all* about it.

Random thought on the topic of children's movies and Adam: Wasn't he supposed to do the voice of the main guy in that Camelot movie with Elton John's music a while back (and by a while, I mean like...seven years or something)?
Or did I completely make that up...

Same here. And I still don't believe all those "Dirty Disney" things. I think that all started with stoned college kids watching Disney movies and seeing things a little bit er, differently.
Here's something cute from IMDb:
"My really good gay guy friend did get to frickin meet him, i was pissed!!! He was doing this play with a friend of Adam's and they all went out to dinner and my friend sat right next to him!! My friend was like "it's a shame he isn't gay cause he is awfully cute" He said he was really nice but he couldn't really talk to him because he was so damned good looking. I would have the same problem!"
ETA: That vaguely rings a bell, Amber.

Amber, I've never heard that but you might be right...
But ughh Adam as "the voice" is such a waste....it's utilizing only 50 percent of why I love him.
Oy, Chloe.
Diva, I know that the supposed "SEX" in the Lion King is actually "SFX". The Aladdin thing? I don't know about that one.
People just have dirty minds. I need to actually go find these and look at them.
I love Quest for Camelot. It had pretty music. I think that's what you're talking about.
"cute" and "IMDB" are two things you usually don't hear in the same sentence
People just have dirty minds.
Animators are people, too!
BTW, have you guys ever seen the dirty Coca-Cola ad?

Yes! That was it! I thought I remembered he was in to do it, and then due to a merger/change in people in charge/something to that effect, they got a new creative team and he was dropped.

"Animators are people, too!"
Meaning they have dirty thoughts too....meaning all that Disney/sex stuff might be true...
*shuts ears* LA LA LA LA LA! I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!
(Sorry, I don't want my childhood memories tarnished.)
All those Disney hidden secrets thing ruined the those movies for me. It took me awhile to bring myself to watch them again. I'm choosing to ignore it now.

Hey, I'm snowed in, so I have to stay *warm* somehow.
My mind is way too dirty tonight.
Must go wash away my sins.
Lexi, I think Elphie was talking about the Little Mermaid reference.

OH. That I'll admit I needed snopes.com to figure out.
Hee, I'm reading through all of the Disney rumors on Snopes right now.

Thank you everyone for this thread. I was cold, miserable and unproductive....now I'm just cold and unproductive.
I'm glad you're not miserable anymore. =)
I find the Aida clip very warming, if you want to go for just unproductive.
