I had a pretty good time in Florida. There was some family drama, but everything worked out in the end and we all had a great time at my grandma's 70th birthday dinner - it really meant a lot to her that we took the time to pretty much fly down specifically for that. I got to see some relatives and family friends I don't see all that often and hear lots of great stories and hilarious moments from our family history, as well as create a few new moments (for example, I don't think anyone in my immediate family will ever be able to say the word "chain" with a straight face again
). I even got to go see the Mets play a spring training game, which was a lot of fun.

I had weird dreams last night, I don't even remember them. I woke up hungover this morning. It was not fun.

You know that's totally going to be his screen name...
I don't really care about the Oscars this year, but may I say if Phillip Seymour Hoffman doesn't win, I will cry.

Alex, that's hysterical!
I had a rather weird Adam dream the other night. I was watching TV, and it was some sort of hybrid between an Adam performance and this really bizarre special that I taped a few years ago, and then after that I was visited by a few people I haven't seen in years (one of my high school crushes, my best friend from 8th grade, etc) who had somehow been summoned to my room by my watching what I saw on TV.

I'm not planning on watching the Oscars. No matter what, there are always too many awkward/painful/cringe-inducing moments. I really don't understand why they're so popular.
Instead I might check out Cold Case - get a feel for the show.

I would probably watch the Oscars if I didn't have a really early class tomorrow. I'm not a big moviegoer, but I love awards shows and seeing what all of the celebs are wearing and the host's jokes (Billy Crystal's Oscar opening skits spoofing the nominees are priceless).

I hardly ever watch the Oscars, but.... well, to be blunt, I will be absolutely crushed if Brokeback doesn't win Best Picture and AT LEAST one acting award.

I usually watch the before shows to see the interviews and what people are wearing. I don't really care that much to watch the actual show.

Brokeback will definitly win something.
I am probably not going to watch the whole thing..I have a global essay =/

Kinda random but...did anyone watch MADTv last night? Did anyone see that skit with the guy with the shower cap reviewing movies? He called Brokeback Mountain "Humpback Valley". Sounds dumb..i know, but ha..it amused me
