I didn't notice anything.
Oook, maybe they just got an effed up DVD.
It would be so cool to somehow see the montage scenes from One Song Glory and Without You that they didn't use, I guess that's the nature of moviemaking, though... lots of things get shot but edited out later.
Oh, and Adam is hilarious in the commentary. He's so cute.

He's so cute in the alternate ending, with that first shot of him singing with his eyes closed.
My DVD should be here around 2:30.
I know, when I was watching the alternate ending and they first cut to him, I was like "AWWWWWWWWWW."
Heehee. He made me happy.

Me too. I must have watched that whole scene ten times last night. I loved it.
When I have some time -- after I hand in this miserable unstarted paper -- I'm gonna make some screencaps AND freeze-frame Mark's movie.
I have no idea how to start this paper. I have no where near enough information.

I freeze framed every scene last night.

Now I wanna watch it instead of doing my work.

I brought it to school to watch on the computer during study hall, but this computer won't recognize the DVD.

The eternal question: to nap or not to nap?
I slowed down Mark's movie last night...some of the short clips from wardrobe tests and such were really sweet...
I think in the commentary Chris talked about the cut scene in Without You that included those pictures you had Em as an alternate ending...but they decided it had to end with Collins/Angel.
I concur that there needs to be a bloopers, and extra footage relased...like on the blog that isn't unfortunately updated anymore....
I remember him mentioning he might have ended it another way, and I was like "NOOO YOU HAD TO END IT WITH ANGEL DYING." I didn't realize he was thinking about using that wall as the ending. It could've gone before, I guess. *shrug*
As sweet as the alternate ending was, it wasn't a good choice to end on.

I agree. I'm positive that there would be people wondering how Angel came back to life had that ending been used.
"Mel, how was Rent on Monday?"
It was a lot of fun. Before the show we ate at the Life Cafe. I've never been there before so it was cool. I thought my seats were in front mezz, but they were in rear mezz which means I overpaid . But eh, whatever. I bought this really cool sweatshirt that they were selling which I've never seen before it's blue and it has RENT on the front and no day but today written on the back. After the show I met Alex (iheartcheyenne), she was really nice =). Antonique Smith remembered me which totally made my night. I go up to her to get my stuff signed with my friends and she goes "Hi, I know you!". I didn't expect that at all. The show wasn't my favorite, I don't like Tim Howar and I had Matt's understudy which IMO is worse than Matt Caplan. But all in all, it was a good night.
I kinda like the alternate ending..idk, I like how it goes back to them onstange.

I really liked it, but I agree...wouldn't have worked.
CS rocks my face off!
"Happy Kwanzaa, crackers!"

What did you think of Tim?
Glad to be of service. My procrastination has to be put to good use .

I'm seeing Rent on Monday.
I'm excited. I haven't seen it since November of 2004.
Still no DVD. I mean, I haven't actually checked the bookstore yet, but considering they've never really had a wide selection of DVDs, I'm not getting my hopes up.
eh. I thought Tim was pretty good. Matt's understudy..blaahh. Pretty much what Mel said.
