I love all the city pictures. It's amazing how many different things are crammed onto that island! I didn't realize the Rent sculpture was based on a real thing in the East Village. And I REALLY didn't realize there were that many trees in the East Village. :)

I would love to experience NYC as only a New Yorker can. I love the touristy things I do when I do go, but it's just a whole different lifestyle. Plus, my purse is getting out of style. I need to visit Canal Street. :)

Me too, CS. But on a day when it's not too hot,cold, snowy, or rainy. :) Only downside is all the outdoor walking.

This is a fun picture. Don't know if you all are familiar with the Naked Cowboy. His home is on one of the islands in Times Square - he's there in the summer/spring/early fall and I think he's even made it into People magazine.
