my hair is naturally really wavy and sometimes when I sleep on it, it looks really cute-- but I just straighten it every day cause it's easier. I'm OCD with my hair..I don't go to school with it natural, unless it's up.

I have wavy/curly hair. On good hair days, I love it, but on bad hair days, I look like a giant puff of hair. I only straighten it for special occasions, since I don't have the time or patience to do it on a regular basis.

you could always get it japanese straightened, or relaxed. That costs a lot though.

A friend of mine gets her hair Japanese straightened. It's pretty expensive, but it lasts for a few months.

I had to learn a long time ago to let go of my desire to have controlled hair. It has its own personality...luckily it agrees with me often.

I don't straighten my hair a lot...I do it occasionally just for something different. It takes forever...and it doesn't feel like me. I feel very dull with it straight.

On a random happy opera note: HGO announced its doing Don Giovanni AND Aida next season!

my sisters amazing at it.. she's like really pretty without make-up, but she looks gorgoeus when she puts it on.

I just stick to blush, lipstick and a little bit of eyeshadow because I'm not really good at putting on makeup. It really pisses my mom off that sometimes I leave the house without any makeup on, but I don't see the point if I'm just going out for a few minutes to pick up my dry cleaning or whatever. Of course, Mom is a former Mary Kay beauty consultant and generally an expert when it comes to makeup, so she thinks I'm doing it just to spite her.

That's funny..my mom's bestfriend used to work with Mary Kay, so my mom would get stuff for free. I have some Mary Kay stuff that my mom gave to me. I can see my mom being the annoying mother who harasses me about getting married.
