Isn't it weird how that happens, Skittles? There've been a lot of times when I'd oversleep on a day that I had an exam, but still wake up with JUST enough time to get here. It's like this weird backup system... then again, maybe I shouldn't jinx myself.
Hope it went well!

I can't really say today's going to be too pleasant.
I have to go to class soon, then I have to cram while I eat lunch, take a psych exam and then go run a bunch of errands. I have to find a box for a coffee table book (weird size!) and buy packing tape, get it all wrapped up AND make it to the post office before it closes. Then I have to do more work that I've put off and do laundry because I haven't in like a month, and I'm running out of pants.
They asked me to come into work early today, so I'll have to leave immediately from my class, then work for 3.5 hours, then come back at write a paper on Julius Caesar (which I still haven't read). This is the only time I'll have to relax until tomorrow afternoon. :-/
*whine*
Looks like we're both in for it.
Well I hope you both get through your ultra busy days! I have to finish a job application then take it to hte library and hopefully get an interview by next week.
Ok, I'm going on three hours of sleep. (I cheated and took two hour nap at 6). I've got 6 1/2 hours of class, but it's spread out a bit, so I'm on campus until 7:30. I have to get an allergy shot too.
Turns out one of my seminars in cancelled . That means I can come home and sleep!

So, is anyone in the NYC area interested in having a DVD-watching party tomorrow night?
To anyone that cares, I posted some Anthony articles from the Syracuse paper in the Anthony thread. The writer got some quotes wrong. And didn't fix that someone called him "Mark" instead of Anthony. Still, infinitely better than the University of Florida's articles.
Oh, and Fantab, here's that link you were looking for last night about the psycho Renthead:

As long as you have Real Player, you can listen to it for free on streaming audio. You can fast forward to 35 minutes and to hear just that segment. It's really interesting, Anthony and Gwen Stewart are both interviewed as well as some longtime Rentheads, so everyone should listen.
Ooh, thanks! I had that link - but for some reason thought I had to pay and was only given a 30 second preview. I guess I had it all along - I just didn't know it.
So I just got the mail and what is in it? My brother's copy of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. So all males in America it seems will be either getting it in the mail or buying it at stores. Notice that no women's magazines do that?
Something that I personally found funny. On the cover (over a picture of gorgeous barely clothed women) as the big thing it said "Heidi (something) Waering Nothing But Paint".

Skittles, Julius Caesar actually isn't too bad. Good luck with all your work!
Wow, I'm so incredibly tired and have a test next hour on protists. It's not going to go well.
Good luck on the test Lexi!
I don't know if you saw...but skittles posted the link we were talking about last night. Listen if you get a chance. It's interesting.

I've had to read "Julius Caesar" way too many times in the history of my education. And I still remember very little about it.
Somebody please fix my very screwed up sleep pattern. =(

Thanks for the link. I can't listen to it now because I've got to leave for sixth period in literally a couple of minutes, but I'll give it a listen when I get home. Psychotic fans of any musical creep me out.
I wish I could, BG. I have classes ALL afternoon and evening and then I have to rush to go see Red Light Winter. My editor got me these tickets, so I couldn't say no.
I seem to be in as bad shape as everyone else around here today. Didn't sleep well at all, am worried about one of my cats, and somehow agreed to work from 5pm until midnight tonight.
I'm curious about Red Light Winter and looking forward to your review.
I feel like we've generated some collective bad karma, or something.
What's this about? Poor us!
I'm not sure I believe in karma, but if that's the case, maybe we should resolve to stay away from Rentsecrets. After reading through Without You some more, I was thinking about how completely foreign to the show's spirit places like Rentsecrets and CB really are.
By the way, I replied to your Topdog thread on the main board.
ooh! You saw it?
*goes to look*
I wish I did. I love Jeffrey Wright.
I was listening to the interview thing skittles posted, about the girl who lied about her condition to get close to the cast, and people are going on about the spirit of the show and things. While I get some of what they're saying, a lot of it is foreign to me.
I love Jeffrey as well - he's the main reason I went. I really enjoyed it, which I neglected to write in my other post.
I haven't listened to the crazy fan thing yet. I have to leave shortly, so won't get to it today. But reading Anthony's description of that performance after Larson died really made me feel how far from *that* Rent some of the stuff I mentioned is.
He's brilliant. I didn't get to see that play he did at the Public with Ben Stiller last year, either.
I missed that too. It wasn't playing at a good time for me. I did make it to Noise/Funk, though, which is the first time I saw him.
