*is sick*
Essays will be late. I don't care at this point.
Poor Skittles. Mine is late, but I have to hand it in tomorrow before they check the drop box, because then it's reading week.
Awww, feel better skittles.
So, there's been a change of plans. My roommate's date cancelled on her because he isn't feeling well, so my roommate is just going to go home for the weekend right after her last class. Now, instead of feeling like I have to go out, I actually have the room to myself.
I loved having the room to myself, I usually used that time to listen to musicals without headphones and do homework.
Uck, im sick too. So I came home early to rest before the signing.
aww feel better *hugs*
I'm choosing my schedule for next year...did anyone take these courses? I'm thinking of these three for electives...
-History of Cienema (sp? that can't be right)
-Journalism
-Creative Writing
I still havn't seen the RENT commercial *pouts*
I'll talk later...dance for a few hours
YAY!
Nun!Adam returns! With pineapples!
yay! Pinnaple!Nun!Adam!
Nun!Adam picked out my pineapple.
Hehe... that amuses me far too much, thanks Mandi!
Mandi, that's great!
Alex, do you enjoy writing? Of those 3 courses you're considering, History of Cinema seems like it would be the least writing-intensive, whereas you can expect to do a lot of writing for the other two (my high school's newspaper basically used the journalism class as its supplier of feature articles).

And my high school journalism class watched a lot of movies... It's hard to say! All The President's Men is AWESOME, though.
My high school had a Classic Films elective that pretty much everyone wanted to take because it was so easy. I always wound up taking electives that sounded really interesting (Journalism, History of NYC, The Comic Muse) but turned out to be a lot of work.
Aaah, senior year is elective year! Can't wait!
Atrias, do you mean that senior year is all electives for you, or that you can't take any electives until senior year? At my high school, once you were a sophomore there was usually room for one elective per semester in your schedule, and you could take 2 per semester in senior year if you had completed all of your requirements (I just took AP classes as my senior "electives").
Since our requirements are all filled, it means that we can take more electives. You can still take them when you're younger, but you usually don't have room for as many as we want.
I always wanted to take interesting electives, but since I was in band and took Spanksh, I never had room. I envied people who got to take things like the history of cinema!
Spanksh? What kind of school did you go to?
Heh, my brother joined band so he wouldn't have to take electives "where they make you write stuff - you do enough of that in all of your other classes!"
Well, so much for that idea. My flight was cancelled.
Sorry to hear that!
Thanks. I'm leaving Sunday instead.
Where are you going?
Just popping in. Off I gooo.
