Nothing too exciting, Allie. It's about rousing some sort of community spirit, by means of parades, football games, quilt-patching fests, dances etc. Sucks, really.

Don't make fun, Ellie! On the very first day of grade 12, the student council tried to have a pep rally at lunchtime in the cafeteria. NOBODY would get up and cheer. So I jumped up on my chair and tried to get others to join in. No chance. I definitely looked like a huge fool, but I got to be an honourary Council cheer-person for the rest of the month.

Sleepy. I woke up at 7:30 to take my brother somewhere. So far, I've:
- thought it was Friday and asked my friend why he wasn't at school
- forgotten my key to my apartment
- almost fallen asleep in the shower.

OH! You were seeing Elton John last night! Ugh, you probably got home really late. But it was worth it, right? I listened to all of my Elton John music last night (and Adam's Someone Saved My Life Tonight, hee!) and sang along!
