Hey...

Since that interview, I've found a new appreciation for "Why."

They did some MASSIVE updating today; I'm so excited. Lots and lots of new pictures, as well.

Hey...

in the tick, tick...boom pictures (the ones from the today show, i haven't looked at the others yet) he has this weird resemblence of jonathon larson in a distant sort of way but it's there. he just looks so different than how he does now. i guess it's mainly the hair.

Hey...

That always creeps me out. Then there's all of that talk about how well he could tap into Jonathan's personality, too. Sigh.

Hey...

yea, a similar comment was made about colin hanlon when he did it at georgestreet. (i didn't get to see it with raul unfortunately.) especially in the last scene he was incredibly emotional. i think that play was one of my favorite, most emotional theatre experiences. but anyway - the director was good friends with jonathan and i heard him comment to someone that colin really captured jonathan's spirit. it's kind of creepy the way he's been captured in so many different ways since his death but it's great too.

Hey...

And Colin has done RENT, so that's two-fold. I need to see a production of it at some point... live. Emotionally, I think it'll be up there with The Normal Heart or something.

Hey...

I'd love to see tick...tick...BOOM!. I get the feeling I'd be extremely moved, seeing it live.

Hey...

Would you think I was ridiculous if I told you I cry when I see my poster? I don't see it much, since it's packed away at home, but it's so special.

Hey...

If I did think it was ridiculous, I wouldn't say anything. It's sort of sweet.

You're quite wise, Emcee.

Heh. "You're so wise. You're like a miniature Buddha, covered with hair."

Not that I think you're covered in hair. Just wise.
