I doubt that my town is going to have a midnight showing of RENT... if it is, I will be there. Otherwise, I already told my parents I am not going to school that day, and I am just going to hang out at the movie theatre, repeatedly giving them money so I can watch it over and over again.

I'm in luck - the movie opens on a Friday, and I have no classes on Fridays. So, I'll hit the midnight showing, come home and sleep for a few hours, and then get up and do it again in the morning! I might just stay through the day, seriously. I feel completely and totally insane, but I think I'll need a good bit of time to make it all sink in.

We just got a new theater in my area... and I'm really hoping that they show the movie, because my chances increase of a midnight showing... or at least a showing during the school day. Most movie theatres in this area don't even play movies during the school day... they start later at night.

I already tried the day off school thing...but most of the parents I talked to don't think that we have off school that day. Oh well... I don't know if I am going to make a shirt or wear my RENT shirt...
