I want to write music. I want to sit down right now at my piano and write a song that people will listen to and remember and do the same thing every morning...for the rest of my life. - Jonathan Larson. Tick, Tick...BOOM!

I need to e-mail Adam, now! It'll take me years to figure out what to say to him!! That's why I could never meet him in person!!

I hate the picture of him in the RENT bible where he's on the phone and it looks like he's about to kill someone.

Good luck, NTG!

Diva, just.... no, you know what? I'm not the person to ask what to say to Adam. *hides in embarassment*

And that phone pictures is really scary. REALLY. SCARY.

But that's why I can not tell you what to say to him!

<--- lacks self-control.

Well, after that I was well-behaved. I asked him when Civilian was coming out, and if he was excited. It made me so happy to see his eyes just light up when he said he was really excited for it. ADAM LOVE, damn it!

That must have been so cool!! See- you do know what to say to him!

I'd just stand there going "Um, like, I, uh..."

I've definitely had my share of "um, um um, uh.... hi!" moments. Trust me. I also tried to hind behind my mother once.... when I was like 13. I'm really shy.

Just.... tell him what you want to tell him. I mean, not like "you're the most beautiful person on the face of the earth," but how much you love seeing him perform and stuff. ADAM LOVE, damn it! You'll figure it out.

Good advice! I definitely have to go compose something other than "OMG I LOVE YOU". This might take me awhile... So, in the meantime:

Yeah, he did. My favorite single thing in the ENTIRE show is that one moment where Radames went "this may not be the moment to tell you face to face," and right as he said that, he'd just drop to his knees.

AHHH!! I LOVE that part!! It's so emotional, and it's beautiful to watch.

I need to read my AIDA book now and play the OBCR... I love that show.

You know what's fun, because I'm a loser? Read the script. Then, when you get to a song, listen to it, etc. Good way to kill two and a half hours....

Yup. Best part. Especially with Adam and Heather; the chemistry between those two could light a fire.

"I hate the picture of him in the RENT bible where he's on the phone and it looks like he's about to kill someone. "

What page is that on.. Haven't read it for a while and don't recall what picture you are talking about... I'm curious now!

Edit: and on the subject of that book... here are a few random thoughts:

-Any picture of Jonathan Larson in the entire book gives me chills. The look in his eyes creeps me out. It's like he's looking right at me...

-The squeegie man on the 2nd page of the 'Christman Bells' libretto looks like he's about to attack someone

-Next to the 'Halloween' libretto, Mark creeps me out as well.

sorry for the randomness, I'm just bored ADAM LOVE, damn it! Updated On: 10/3/04 at 03:33 PM
