I didn't do anything, actually, I just thought about it. I don't want to scare the poor guy!
Wow I haven't posted on this thread in awhile. So: I love Adam!!
I thought I saw Adam in the airport last week. I was freaking out!! The guy looked just like him! I was almost dying!
Well, post more! We're keeping the Adam love alive. insomniak and Undiscovered, I'd like to think Adam would be flattered and not think we were a bunch of scary people!

omg you guys!!! you will never believe this!! i saw AIDA (with adam, duh) YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My dad surprised me with tickets! She didn't tell me until we drove into the city. We drove up to the theatre, andpassed the AIDA theatre, so i (being my oblivious self) just was like 'adam! good luck!'to myself as we passed. Then we were walking around and my dad stops at the front of the theatre. I go to stare at the adam picture and my dad goes 'jenn, we're seeing him. tonight.' and i literally start screaming and jumping up and down and like spazing out in front of the theatre. So we went to the stage door before the show. I was standing there and waiting for adam, and everyone. Then................ADAM CAME!!!! He signed stuff for me and we chatted for a tiny bit. I was surprised that i didn't faint! He was so sweet, and kind, and, of course, HOT!! So i told him to break a leg during the show and he said thanks. During the show, i could not stop smiling whenever he was on stage. I felt like a loser. He still continues to amaze me! Adam cracked on the 'WILL FORGET', so i was a tiny bit disappointed, but hey, it's no big deal. Lisa Brescia was a wonderful Amneris. Her voice was strong and POWERFUL! Debra Cox was wonderful as well. Her acting wasn't very good, but her voice was FANTASTIC!! I thought that Mickey Dolenz was very good as Zoser. He was scary! The rest of the cast is just...amazing! During the curtain call when Adam came out, up i went! I don't think i have ever screamed so loud in my life! I was clapping, screaming, and bouncing around all at the same time. I screamed 'I LOVE YOU!!' and he looked at me and started to laugh (i was in the front, center orchestra). Ok, so i went to the stage door after the show as well. I got Lisa's autograph, Mickey's autograph, Debra's autograph, and Mereb's autograph (i forgot his name!). Debra Cox is STUNNING in person. She is so beautiful! Adam didn't come out, but i figured that he wouldn't. It was such an amazing night. I am so mad that i didn't bring my camara! Sorry, for the long post. I'm still so excited!!
Poni, I'm so happy for you! Seeing the show and Adam. That's great!

Emceeee we miss yoooooooou... come baaaack.
Oh, and since we were talking about whether or not Adam is tall the other night and you've now met him, could you offer some insight, ponine? About how tall is he?
Broadway Legend Joined: 10/4/03
well i'll tell you one thing : he's much taller than me! i'm like 5'6. here's emcee's thread : https://forum.broadwayworld.com/readmessage.cfm?thread=315431&boardname=off&dt=082204022426
He can frequently be seen grabbing something to eat before a show at Evergreens, the diner/restaurant on 47th street - just opposite the stage door. I've been on the take-out line with him there on numerous occasions!

omg! that's so funny! because when i was driving around i thought i saw him walking down the street with a cup of coffee in his hand. it was like right across from the stage door.

I would definetly stake out Evergreen's if I could. I'm obsessed.

If Emcee lets me live in her dumpster in NY like she said I could, maybe I'll get the chance! I can live in a New York City dumpster and stalk Adam Pascal. Bliss.

hahaha. i don't think you would want to live in the NYC dumpsters. you'd like suffocate.
Ponine, I'm so happy for youuu!!!
And guys!!! I'm seeing Aida on Wednesday... I'm planning my stage door escapades right now, but I'm going to be a good girl, I promise. I think I'm just going to tell him I'm psyched for the new CD and wish him luck in the show, maybe ask him what he'll be up to when *sob* the show closes. I'm bringing a friend with me who's an Adam fan, but she's never actually seen him live, so I want to let her get the full effect of meeting him. I can't wait!!!

I wonder if he'll remember you as Spork Girl. Have fun, and definetly find out what he's going to do after Aida and if his CD will be in stores or if it's only being sold online.
Can I please live in your dumpster? School starts Thursday and I'm really not looking foward to it.
O.K. guys. I haven't seen this posted anywhere, but I could have missed it. I was just going thru the Spotlight section of the Sunday Star Ledger and came across this...Adam and Daphne at Kean College in NJ on October 10...
Daphne Rubin-Vega and Adam Pascal
Sunday, October 10
7:30 p.m. Wilkins Theatre
Daphne Rubin-Vega and Adam Pascal both lit up Broadway with their debuts in the original cast of Rent, for which they both won the Theatre World Awards, and received Tony and Drama Desk nominations. Most recently, Rubin-Vega appeared on Broadway in the 2003 Pulitzer Prize-winning Anna in the Tropics, for which she also received a Tony nomination. Pascal most recently appeared in Elton John and Tim Rice’s Aida at the Palace Theatre in New York, and has released a solo record on SH-K BOOM Records. For this engagement, both vocalists will be performing solos and duets of various genres including show tunes and rock, bringing the light of the great white way to Wilkins Theatre.
So, what does everyone think about that?

'I wonder if he'll remember you as Spork Girl.'
haha that's what i was thinking!!
thanks emcee!! have a great time wednesday!
I will move heaven and earth to be there. I already have a call into the box office.
I know we've agreed not to talk about the spork, but I just have to share this. I was at birthday and graduation parties yesterday and today and I'm not sure what was happening at one point yesterday, but I was on the computer getting a quick fix of BWW and my friend's 3 1/2 year old nephew was getting ready to eat something. Shaney was looking all over for a fork and one of the birthday boys friends told him he should use a Spork. I just about lost it. Elizabeth asked Shane if he knew what a Spork was and proceeded to explain it to him. I interjected into the conversation that Sporks also make good microphones, whereas everyone just sort of looked at me like I had 3 heads! Then at today's party, someone was eating something and said they wished they had a Spork. Well, needless to say, I lost it again. Mind you, I hadn't shared Emcee's story with anyone, so it was pure coincidence.
