I think you go to "Tools" then "Internet Options" then "Delete Files".

It doesn't get rid of everything, this site, the adam forums and some other things won't go away. They don's show up when I search my history, but if I start to type the name of a site in with the same first letter, it's there on the pull down bar.

I have a Rent OBC poster as well... not sure I like it for quite the same reasons, but its pretty cool
