Me, too. It's so great. Alright, since it's almost 2 am, I'm going to bed now! Talk to you tomorrow!
Just read your latest entry, since you mentioned it. Sorry things have been crappy lately, and feel better.
'Night Allie!
And thanks. Things have got to look up eventually, haven't they? It's kind of a general weirdness, and little things keep happening to throw it way off. I shouldn't complain, I guess. I know it's not *that* bad. The short of it is that I need to get a thicker skin.

Words by the brilliant Stephen Sondheim. They just seemed to fit now that I've read your blog. *hugs Emcee*
blaaaaaaaaaaaah. I slept so late. Now I can't go to sleep. I hate today.
Cheer me up?
Let's see, March 12 is less than a month away - does that help?
Somewhat. I found out more about finally choosing an exact date today. *smiles a little*
::is excited just thinking about you finding out more::
Did you see the stories about Anthony Rapp doing a play reading on March 6? That must mean that rehearsals and recording for the movie will be over in time for him to get back here to rehearse for that, which means that Adam will probably also be back here in a week or two.
yeah, I saw. I'm praying that Adam performs. I miss seeing him on stage more than anything.
I hope so too. I guess we'll find out soon. But at least you'll get to see him no matter what!
Hopefully they announce something. It's been too long.
Chloe, isn't it WAY past your bed time???? *very stern look*

I was going to say....
My avatar is giving Chloe the look I'm giving her at the moment!!!

death stare?!
Jesus. It's late. I can't sleep. *grumbles angrily*
::cowers behind her computer::
Well, yes, it is, but, but, I'm kind of waiting for the drier to finish... ::trails off feebly::
Waiting for the drier to finish??? What sort of excuse is that?
That's like me saying 'Oh, I was just thinking about something' every time someone catches me when I fell asleep in front of the TV once again.
QM
I live for excuses. I condone, Chloe.
::gulp:: No kind of excuse at all. Okay, drier's done! My last post, I promise, but I've been thinking about this tonight.
I've been listening to Model Prisoner a lot lately, sort of as a break from Civilian and also because it took on a new dimension after I heard Civilian. I always think of Daphne Rubin-Vega when I hear "The One That Got Away," maybe because she seems like one of the few women I can imagine "slamming him down so gracefully." The reference to remaining friends, "without you" being in the lyrics, and the fact that the only time he's sung it recently was at their joint concert kind of reinforced the idea too. It's probably really nothing to do with her, but that's how my mind works. It could even be one of those songs that's not really about his life.
So, goodnight, sleep tight, feel better, Emcee!
I picked up MP today for the first time in a while. Interesting thoughts, about The One that Got Away. Daphne has a song called "Superstar" that's supposedly written for and about Adam. A lot of the ideas are kind of similar, come to think of it. You may be right.
Anyway, thanks. Good night, and have a good day back at work!
