No. That means they'll be done rehearsing and recording, which is being done in California as well. They're filming in New York for about a week, then they film the interiors in San Francisco until mid-June. After that they have to go to LA.

And yeah, they're recording all of the music now, and learning how to lip-synch. It's a ton of work.

There's a thread called "welcome, Anthony Rapp" on the main board. I suggest you read that.

In a nutshell, the score isn't changing, the orchestrations ARE. They're bigger and better. Some songs have been cut, mostly being the sung dialogue parts of the show. That all will be spoken. The main songs are all in.

Nothing was literally cut. Sung dialogue would be things like "You'll See" and some of the scenes on the street. Rather than being sung and rhyming, they're going to be spoken, because that's better for a movie. The basic jist of it all is still there. As for specifics, it's not really public domain yet as to exactly which parts they did that to.

Hi Emcee. The thread has really taken off today. How are you feeling now?

ETA: Oh I don't know, Elle is nice and short and easy to remember. We end up shortening everyone's names if they aren't short already - luvtheemcee has become emcee or em, insomniak has become nia or som - you get the idea. Anyway, nice to have another Adam fan around.
