yeah thats what i had thought at first... but then i realized i dizcovered him in AIDA and without him being in aida i wouldnt have known about rent.. so im stuck in the middle..

RENT. It was the first time I saw him, but also because the songs on it gave him more to work with, for his voice .

'tis early yet.

He's mentioned thoughts on Billy Flynn in Chicago (which I say would work) and Leo Bloom in The Producers (to which I say he's nuts) but you know - he still has ties to Tarzan, and he's shown interest in a revival of HAIR if it ever happens, or in this new Pink Floyd musical.

Rumour has it the Actors' Fund concert this year is JCS. Adam will play Judas, whether he likes it or not. And I will be there, whether my bank account like it or not.

Emcee: yes, it's a while back. But I like traditional musicals and *still* don't like JCS so it's possible he hasn't changed his mind about that. Then again, a one-night performance is always good; and you KNOW I'll listen to him sing anything.
