In all seriousness for a moment, I think that Adam's appeal to me has partly to do with some basic trust issues I have. Of course it doesn't matter what he's really like, but it's helpful to be able to hold onto my image of him for a while.
And Emcee, you'd better allow Adam at least a little time to get out and shoot the movie.
On the serious side - I love that he's so devoted to his family. There's something really comfortable about him as an actor, too - there's something performers who aren't jaded and have really worked their butts off.
And yeah.... I'll let him go now and then.

I know what you mean, Chloe.
Emcee, make him a deal. If he doesn't cut his hair, he's handcuffed to the bed for life.
You know, on second thought - he can leave the hair.
Back in "the Rent years" the NY Times described him as having natural radiance. I also agree that seeing him onstage is heartening.
By the way, I agree with whoever said his long hair makes him look younger. I'm actually starting to get used to it, I think.
He does. It's the confidence. Like, even when you see him walking down the street, he absolutely commands attention.
.... or maybe it's just the diva sunglasses. Who knows?
Anyway, the hair. I always thought he looked younger with it short, but the last time I saw it REALLY short was Cabaret. It may have just been the black and lack of facial hair that made him look about 12.

I always thought he looked younger than thirty-four anyway. I do think he can pull the age thing off with the movie.
Those sunglasses crack me up.
He doesn't look a day over thirty.
He's got blue ones AND pink ones. I laugh so hard at them.

What sunglasses? I don't remember seeing any pictures with them.
I was really glad to see the scruffy beard. If Adam as Roger calls for anything, it's the scruffy beard.
Yeah, kind of reddish pink kind of color.
Chloe, have you seen the spork picture?
Scruffy = HAPPY Emcee. Scruffy ADAM = ECSTATIC Emcee.
Pink?????
::doesn't know how to do bold type::
I swear.
The site was down for almost an hour this time.
Haven't seen the spork picture, Emcee, so if you have a moment, please send it to me.
::still hasn't finished paying bills owing to excessive time spent looking around other sites while waiting to get back on BWW::
I can't believe you haven't seen it! It's on its way.

*jumps up and down* I saw it, I saw it!!
It's brilliant, isn't it?

It is. And this past hour has given me time to think things over...
BWW=oxygen.
The expression on his face is priceless - like, "I don't know *what* the f*ck this is about, but I'm going to smile anyway!"
And that's got to be the biggest spork I've ever seen.

It's too bad the spork is clear though.
It's more like a salad fork. It was the best I could find. I searched all of my area for sporks, and came up empty!
But yes. The look on his face says exactly that.
And yet now they seem to be everywhere at your school.
Allie, I know just what you mean. I've become sadly dependent on BWW. And I guess you all would be my co-dependents.

*latches onto Chloe's shirt with teeth* We're all here together.
My, how fierce you are! For god's sake, don't take BWW away from Allie again!
Allie and I almost died! The addiction is fierce! Broadwayworld has stolen my life.
