She'll call and ask how it went, and then I'll have to confess that I haven't been telling her how badly I'm doing in school. "Well, Mom, it's not going great... I'm failing!" Yeah tears are inevitable. just be honest with her. I'm guessing you haven't told her any of this yet because you are afraid of her being disappointed in you etc..

Well you will figure it out.. Unfortunately I dont know your parents so I can't give you any insight as to how I think they will react.. I wish I could be more helpful..
Not to mention I'm just not in a very good palce right now.. and I tried to eat this morning after several days and now I just feel ill..

That sucks. Eek. I went through that last week. But just eat a little at a time, and you'll be okay eventually.
Yeah, I'll work it out. I just kind of don't want to have to tell Mom while she's at work. She's not going to be happy, and that'll just ADD to the stress. I'll give her a call after supper maybe.
