re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread PART 2!!!!

Mamie...I bet it's colder here :-P

I'll be down from hopefully the 27th-30th if it's okay w/ my friend's parents...and after or before Wicked I need to go back to the WW2 memorial, my fav place in all of DC...but yaay for me having a car so we won't hafta walk there. I was looking forward to it being at least a couple degrees warmer down there.

Ooh and if you get a chance, can you keep tabs on where Rent is playing for me? I promised her I'd take her to it and she lives in West virginia and from what people are saying we may hafta go back to DC to see it re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread PART 2!!!!

I'm sure it is colder there - it usually is. But you know what? I'm so cold and miserable right now that I just don't care! (Go ahead - throw tomatoes) Anyway, you have New York City to be cold in. I have..... here.

It is a good thing that you'll have a car when you go to the WWII memorial. There's no subway stop near there. I'll look for RENT for you when it gets closer to that day. I understand that a lot of theatres are pulling it so it may not be easy to find a place then.

Ay op girls and Ryan.

I stayed after school for a meeting, and played a theatre game with a few of the kids that were left. Then, we heard an announcement that said to evacuate the campus! It was certainly frightening. Once all of us stepped outside, we knew what it was--a gas leak!

So, yeah, it was an interesting day.

Ooh - that can be really dangerous! We had a really bad fire here a couple of days ago that caused a few houses to be completely destroyed. They learned that it started from a gas leak.

Hello my lovelies. Hope all is well. Missed the afternoon cam cuz I was working on my photography final project. Very pleased with how everything is turning out :)

Only 1 more exam to go and I can go home. Soooo happy.

Also it's been snowing all day here. They said about 2-4 inches but I'm betting we've had more. I wish I knew where my digital camera was so I could show you all. It's really pretty.

You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree.

*throws tomatoes*

Yeah, don't you mean there are no METRO stops? (I got yelled at, whenever I said subway some ppl thought I meant sandwiches...) but I was only there till the end of October so we always walked. I lived at I(Eye) St. and 21st so it wasn't exactly close but it was walkable....usually would stop at the ice cream place on the way back.

Wow...where I was a year ago...crazy.

Thanks Mamie!(re: the Rent times). I've only seen it twice b/c I've been waiitng to take friends like then and in Jan. I'm gonna get pissed if it's not playing anymore, though I can't imagine I wouldn't be able to find somewhere in the city if absolutely necessary.

I say subway to distinguish it from the Metro bus stops. That's always a possibility but they aren't very reliable.

I'm going to be seeing Brad Oscar in "Damn Yankees" on Saturday. I just love Brad but he's going to have a hard time filling Jerry's shoes as the devil!

(Not to mention the poor kid who's playing Sohovik)

I seriously doubt it, Dre

Looks like the ol' chimper whipper is back at it. I don't think I've seen that term used in a while.

(doesn't 'chimper whipper' sound like something being sold on an infomercial at 3 am?)

re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread PART 2!!!!

Can I go off topic here and make a quick request to everyone?

PLEASE say a prayer for my friend Nancy. Her husband just contacted me and told me that Nancy was going downhill rather fast. She's having hospice care and she's only has awareness of her surroundings at intermittent times.

Pray that these last days for her go as easy as possible. Also for her family. He is hurting bad for his "lil baby" (and I'm suddenly unable to stop crying).
