We always had lots of bats around our house in Virginia while I was growing up. They're wonderful for keeping the insect population - particularly mosquitoes - down. In fact, lots of people around here build bat houses and keep them on long poles in their back yards, just for that reason.
Please tell me that the Mug Annie gave him as a gift is NOT one of the two mugs, like shown in that picture.

The little guy is adorable, I feel bad he's in the storm.
I don't believe he'd ever do that.

That is really strange...

I don't either but he said two mugs and showed that mug as well as his red one. Hmm.....

It IS strange, but someone is bound to get it, and the money IS for BC/EFA.
You're probably right. In fact, we'll probably see a lot of gifts on here. And it is good to know that we've made a contribution to a very worthy cause.

If I could, I would bid on it. Heh.

I can't decide what to wear to the Wedding Singer tonight. Ack, wish I COULD bid, I'd even be able to pick it up.
That's my theory as well Mamie. Plus it would be sort of cool if he did say auction off the monkey I gave him and I were able to get it back. You know because it holds a sort of sentimental value for me.

Seeing Annie's mug gave me pause at first too ... but like some of you later have pointed out, this is for a good cause. Better for this stuff, including fan gifts, to be auctioned off for a VERY good and worthy cause than to maybe wind up just setting around on a shelf or in a box. ... looks like he's addressing this on his cam right now ...
ETA: .. and this way, a gift originally meant for Greg can keep on giving, via helping people through BC/EFA! When you really think about it, that's a win/win for all!

I was going to mention LA before, but couldn't recall if it ws LA, or San Francisco.
Greg is on the ABC Family channel right now.

LOL! "He can starve!"
You're right Barb. It is a very win/win situation, so I am glad that Greg's doing it.

Oh and just so everyone knows, I'm NOT bidding on items ... since I can see the bids coming in to Greg via the site email, it would give me a very unfair advantage, to say the least. So I'm voluntarily barring myself from entering any bids.
I'm going to bring Greg a donation check made out to BC/EFA though, so I can sorta feel like I've participated and help out the cause! :)

LOL. "I push ya buttons like an elevatah."
I wonder how much he got for it?
hey all!
at work right now, and secretly on the computer. any good items? has he shown his tattoo yet?
do you think he will stay in during dinner break and do most of the auction then?

The auction will resume at 7:30 according to the site.
Apparently not, Andrea. It doesn't look like he's coming back until 7:30. Only two items so far and I'm not sure what happened with the second.
ok. wasn't looking at the site. what were the two items?
