haha he totally DOES!! i think that's the first picture of him that I haven't really liked...ahh!! i feel so horrible even THINKING that about the kitten! (and i can't stop calling him a kitten...i think i need to be locked up.)
Shhh. It's sexy. His hair.

Haha! Maybe it is!
Why is he allowed to be so pretty? This is going t sound weird - But I really love how he has that darkness under his eyes. The first time I saw him I thought it might be makeup or something. I just like it! :)
He should be one of those men who wears makeup on a regular basis. He's wearing quite a bit in the Chitty commercial, and it's fab.

You guys sure can talk about Raul an awful lot! I LOVE IT. And I love the Chitty adlib stories! I only wish I had something to add to the discussion!
He's a very complex fellow, Allie! Much to discuss.

And much to admire!
I've spent my fun limit for the month already, but I'm getting my music store to order in Taboo ASAP. And LOOK! It's the end of the month! Hmm, I guess I can get on that tomorrow, can't I?
Good plan! (Make sure you specify that you want the Broadway cast version so you don't end up with the wrong one!)

Right. I'd be sad if I had to wait a long time, and then it was the wrong one!

I think I could look at him for days. Weeks even.
Years!
I was telling my mother that I could listen to him speak for days, because he's so damned smart. Unfortunately, she made a really mean comment. But it's true -- I could listen to him talk about whatever he wanted for however long he wanted and not get bored. (Especially if he uses words like "glorious" and "absurd!" )

It's too bad your mom doesn't understand. Blah.
I agree with you, though. I think someone should bring up the idea to him. A full night of Raúl ramblings.
She didn't say he was stupid. Well, she... sort of did. It was a really nasty insinuation. And I don't think she does those things just to make me angry -- I think sometimes it's really what she believes. Or, that she just can't decide what she believes.
He could ramble between songs at the one-man cabaret show he needs to have.

I was JUST going to say that he needs to do a cabaret show, Emcee! Great minds...
Now, if he could only hold off a couple of years, so that I'll be able to afford to make the trip to see it.

Clearly I have too much free time. School NEEDS to start for me. But there is no better way to pass the time than talking about Esparza.
I thought this was cute! My friend had him sign this playbill for me at the flea market. It's kind of hard to read, but it says "To Stef, hey, hello, how's it going? Raul E Esparza"
Aww that's so cute and funny. Raul humor. Love it.
awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!
*melt!*
I can't deal with the fact that he used a pink sharpie. Hello, maturity?

Haha! I didn't even think twice about the pink until you said that. *pets*
Please tell me that the marker belongs to your friend and not to Raul.

I have no idea. But I kind of like the idea that he owns a pink sharpie.
It's.... cute?
Maybe you should ask him -- since you have a history of sharpie talk!
Broadway Legend Joined: 7/28/05
I should, you're right!
You know, as soon as he asked me if I could take the cap off of the sharpie for him on Wednesday (He was like "Can you...?" and put the sharpie in front of me. It was quite cute!) the first thing that went through my head was "We're talking about sharpies AGAIN?"
