No idea. She's not so into all that and I don't think she realizes how close it is. I am sure she plans to go; the program we're in is too hard to take for fun. I suppose it's possible she's only in it because of her friends, but it seems unlikely.

Maybe she's one of those people who can just get it done no matter what, and still waste all of the time in the world. I don't get how you can have it both ways.

yikes...well, maybe she's just one of those people who needs to learn the hard way? I have a friend who was a hair away from failing out of high school (she skipped 62 classes in the first half of the first semester our senior year.) managed to barely graduate...moved to florida and attended community college for a year...something must have snapped then because she's now at Tulane (well, I think she's a Vandy this semester actually...or something like that...but the moral of the story is she pulled her sh*t together...some people just need to fall first...)
