That's such a great interview! I love the end "I'll ask my wife if I can marry you. And I'll ask my boyfriend, too!"
Too funny.
And so dangerous.
Seeing "Roland Spicer" made me smile. Thank you.
I wonder if I could even pick a favorite Raul interview. They're all so great.

I usually don't read interviews but his are just so... real. I know I've said that before, but I really can't think of a better way to describe it.
I could read his interviews for days.
After a while he tells the same stories over and over, but it doesn't even matter. I can watch/read/listen to the exact SAME interview many times, so that says a lot.

I was just listening to the ATW chat. So funny. I love it when he was talking about the lousy audiences and said people come out saying "That wasn't very good." And he goes "oh, well you weren't good either!" then screams "What's a matter with you!"
Ugh! He's so wonderful.
Wait, which one is this? That doesn't sound familar, but it sounds funny!
Is that the video one with Billy Crudup, Cherry Jones, etc?

Yeah, that's the one.
That's a fun one, 'cause there's more than just the random interview dude for him to interact with. They're all funny together.

I love that video! Haha! He's too cute in it.
But I really admire how connected he is with his audiences. I mean, you can tell. When I saw the show last week I could tell that if the audience gave a good respone for one of his lines then he would perk up and get even more silly.
Ah. I don't know if that made sense. I can't get the right words out today.

Exactly! Oh, Billy Crudup! Him and Raul together on stage...heaven.
It made sense.

Me too, but I need to study.
I shouldn't even be here.

It definately made since.
And Em!!! Aaaaah! That avatar is definitely a keeper! It's so beautiful.
Thank you. I quite like it myself. I'm sad that he doesn't really use it, though.

He should. He really should.
I mean, what's the point? I've never seen it used in ANYTHING.

So, I ended up watching that interview again. And I really thought it was brilliant the way that Raúl described the parts that he picks and why. He said "...I find myself drawn to parts that live in extremes of either joy or sadness that I don't in my life."
That is so interesting to me. Even though I've heard him say that before. It just... it really says a lot about him.
*softly pets him*
That's all I can think of right now.

Wow, what time did you stay up until? I really want to take a nap -- I'm so calm that I'm just sleepy! I have a test in half an hour. *quiver*
