I was thinking the same thing. Because it's obvious that his cuticles have been trimmed and pushed back.
Let's just hope he does it himself and doesn't have it done.

Hehe, I never thought about the arrow before. Maybe he wrote "(arrow) ugh!" first and then wanted to clarify that he meant the chest hair.
And if he thinks it's so "ugh!" then why does he always display it in the unbuttoned button-downs?
