He just looks so goooooooood in makeup. He hardly looked like himself when he did that show, though. Kind of scary.

Yeah, I agree. He doesn't really look like Raúl. Certainly not present day Raúl.
Again, love the arms.

Yeah, you know, with Raul on top of it...

Gawd I haven't had a Raul fix today.
How did I not see him in CABARET?
Thanks for that pic.
He is gorgeous.
Fix! God bless photobucket.

That was the first time I saw Chitty! He was so friendly that night.

What a lovely human being.
Are you in that picture with him or did he just smile for your camera?
No, I'm just to his right, your left. I cut me out. Not my best photo, by any measure.
My brother took the picture, and after, I looked at him and asked if it came out okay. Raul stayed and looked around a minute. Then looked at my brother and went "did it come out okay, or am I.... looking at CHINA?" hee. I don't even know why that's so amusing.

Hahaha. That's too adorable! And so sweet of him to hang around and make sure it came out!
It was. I was sort of shocked. He was nice that night; sort of reminded me of a little puppy who wanted to be pet, or something, you know how puppies try to make friends with everybody.

I'm not so sure about those sideburns, but one look at those eyes and that adorable not-so-perfect-yet-perfect nose and all is forgiven!
heh. They had been much longer than that - but they weren't around long.
In the words of Boy George: "sof*ckinghandsomeitwasuntrue." (Not that he said that about Raul, but it's the perfect expression.)

Aww. I'll be his friend. Haha.
The first night I saw the show he was really nice! It was their 100th and so it took them FOREVER to come out. By the time the cast did come out only like four or five of us were left. Ellen Marlow's whole family was there and when Raúl walked out she said "Raúl! These are my cousins!" and then introduced him to about six kids standing next to her. He made a point to talk with each one of them and ask them how they liked the show. He proably talked with them for a good 15-20 minutes. Some girls next to me were getting annoyed because they wanted him to hurry and get to them. I just thought it was adorable.
I still want to kick myself for not waiting around that night. He looked really good.
When I went backstage, it was really adorable to see him interact with Emma. My heart just turned into a big puddle.
