Looking foolish is underrated. I get so sad when I'm the only one standing. People always wait to stand for the car!

The last few times I went people didn't even stand for the car.

People suck.

Dreams are loverly.

I've tried a few times when people just don't pick up on it. It's like they forget how to clap? Or they don't like a man in a swing?

They probably aren't very experienced theatre goers. Clap for the man in the swing!

It makes me sick that those incredible actors run around that stage and sings their lungs out for two and a half hours and then the audience won't even get off their butts for a quick curtain call. Shesh.

it baffles me how audiences can go crazy over ONE woman "flying" in Wicked, when in Chitty there's FIVE people flying..in a CAR!! come on, people!!!

*kicks them all*

Well, they usually go batty when the car flies. But Raul flies, too! IN A SWING!

Yeah, Elphaba doesn't fly over heads.

But Chitty does.

I'm listening to the Chitty overture from that little jukebox they have on the Chitty site. I really should see this show if it goes on tour. But you know, I'm really pulling for DRS. And there's Piazza...and Spelling Bee...that's big competition.

GAH!

Have any of you guys ever seen an understudy for Henry Hodges? He seems to never be out. He's so professional.

No, but I did see a slip floating around. The stage door guy gave me the number to call him at about that picture I left, and he wrote it on a slip for Henry's u/s!

We should get a big group together and give him an entrance standing O.

A cowbell! How funny!

Aww I hope I'm in the city when you all get together and do that.

I'd like to see an u/s for Henry once to see how he is. But I think Henry is fab!

Hm. I've never heard of a standing ovation for an entrance. But, okay. I'll be there in spirit. Pretty

It's done for like.... HUGE stars. Like Bernadette Peters huge. I mean, at the benefit on Sunday, Idina got one. I guess it depends.

i think i would actually get really mad if that happened in real life...but thinking about a group of us, em and britt with thier poles, and us all screaming and then there's a cowbell...that's a sight to behold right there!
