Someone mentioned Walken on the main board, which got me wondering what everyone's favorite Christopher Walken moments are. Mine are-
"The Continental" on SNL
his performance in "Scotland, PA" as an excellent McDuff

1: "Let's Misbehave" from PENNIES FROM HEAVEN
2: The watch monologue from PULP FICTION
3: His entire performance in CATCH ME IF YOU CAN - he deserved the Oscar, not Chris Cooper.

I love love love LOOOVE Christopher Walken. He is a brilliant actor...every single thing he says is funny, no matter what it is. Or, if he wants, it can be incredibly poignant.
Personally, I loved him in The Deer Hunter as Nick. It really showcased his true talent (between the Russian roulette and graphic violence, of course.) Obviously, Cpt. Koons in Pulp Fiction is a classic and rightfully so...plus he seems to have a knack for playing military leaders - he was also the ONLY good part about Biloxi Blues as Sgt. Toomey. I loved his Tom in Pennies From Heaven...and my favorite, favorite moment of his is from Annie Hall. He is the only actor who ever lived or will ever live who can pull off a monologue about being sexually attracted to car crashes. Hands down. Brilliant.

I love Cowbell! And the Continental...and his most recent appearance where he kept mispronouncing the lyrics in "Let's Call the Whole Thing Off" by saying tomato and potato the same way each time.

The cast of Crash may disagree with that statement.

but assuming James Spader and Elias Koteas cancel each other out, that leaves only Walken. Crash was a good movie.
One thing I feel comfortable claiming- Christopher Walken is the ONLY screen actor working today who can do as many awful films as he wants without it ever hurting his career or his reputation.
