Posted: 11/17/11 at 10:42amI have no problem with Bradley Cooper being named Sexiest Man Alive. The first time I saw him was in the first season episode of Alias. He and Jennifer Garner were jogging and he took off his shirt. I was hooked.

As fan of both Maron and Yorke's work respectively, all I can say is, "Them? Sexy?"
Bradley Cooper is a good choice. In person he WILL make you weak kneed.
I am a bit surprised Jon Hamm was not on the list and that Chris Evans was the only 'superhero' on the list considering how much of this past summer had them and by them I mean, Michael Fassbender and Chris Hemsworth.

i'd have to agree i'd have Cooper's babies anytime. Along with most of that list.
BUT that being said...
the last four the Salon list really intrigue me because of what they have DONE:
Blacc
Torres
Wahles (is he same kid who was on one of those MTV shows with two moms sending him off to a small college in Iowa, if U-Iowa is his grad program maybe?)
Breinberg
Torres obviously sings in our choir and Wahles does not. What's the tally on the rest, those of you more attuned to the pop culture world than this old fart?

Clearly, Salon's list is an attempt to redefine sexy. You do not have to look like Bradley Cooper to be sexy.
That said, Cooper can donkey punch me any time. He made my no-no pucker when I saw him in THREE DAYS OF RAIN.

I can't believe Marc Maron was on there. I heartily agree with that choice.
I'd add Charlie Day as well. And Denis O'Hare.
