we just met like 2 days ago and discovered that we share brain cells... in the screenplay thread we'd post the same exact thing within seconds of each other. we joke that we stalk each other or talk telepathically. re: The Rent Welcome Wagon

EDIT - page 10 WHOO! you're so popular fredi! re: The Rent Welcome Wagon Updated On: 11/23/04 at 10:18 PM

Oh Fredi, I dont mean to pile up your lists of questions, and I know this does not partain to Rent or anything you have done what so ever, and this is random but have you ever met Kristin Chenoweth or/and Roger Bart?
ok i know not a good question but i ask everyone that re: The Rent Welcome Wagon

Fredi! I have random questions to ask you (since all the "good ones" were taken)

1) What's your all-time favorite book?
2) If the original cast of RENT were on Survivor - who would you kick off the island first? re: The Rent Welcome Wagon

Thanks so much for being awesome enough to do this!

Star2b, you corruped me? I thought it was Mrs. C...after all, the was the one who had us do SoL...and I was way corrupted by that point anyway.

And yes, I think Beka and I share brain cells...it's creepy. And my best online friend lives on Long Island too...random.

And then there's Star2b who I get to harass face to face every day in drama re: The Rent Welcome Wagon

Sorry...threadjack...sort of.

Good night!

I have to take a paragraph to express my love for Quentin Tarantino as well. Pure genius, that man. I love Pulp Fiction, the way the stories interwine and how it all comes to full circle in the end- and the bite- Vincent dying the day after he refused to leave the mob with Jules.

Fredi, if you could have any role on broadway, what would it be and would you accept it? You said you live in Barbados, so you'd have to leave your family and your home in order to return to New York.

Greenifyed- ha! Very nice. I know I asked Anthony what the rest of the OBC would be called if they were to be nicknamed after spice girls like him, but he hasn't responded.

okay a couple of funny questions re: The Rent Welcome Wagon

Fredi! I have random questions to ask you (since all the "good ones" were taken)

1) What's your all-time favorite book?
(fiction)BAILEY'S CAFE - by Gloria Naylor
(non-fiction) THE BEGINNER'S GUIDE TO CONSTRUCTING THE UNIVERSE (can't remember author's name - names are my WORST thing re: The Rent Welcome Wagon )

2) If the original cast of RENT were on Survivor - who would you kick off the island first?

hahahahahahaha re: The Rent Welcome Wagon

very funny question!!!! However, I'd never be indiscreet enough to answer it (showbiz is WAY too small a community - ya dig?)

have you ever met Kristin Chenoweth or/and Roger Bart?
ok i know not a good question but i ask everyone that

yes - I've met them both.

Fredi, I know you touched on this before, but can you describe in more detail how you eat healthily during a run (i.e. what to avoid and what you eat a lot of) and other ways you take care of yourself? Thanks :)

no threadjacking here... all ideas are welcome!

as to me and bway - I've already done most to the good roles for a blacktress (I'm proud to say)

I'd do RAFIKI again 'cause I loved her.

I'd do MABEL (Hairspray) but I know my girl is NEVER leaving that gig (and I don't blame her).

Most of all, I'd love to do SOPHIA in the up-coming Color Purple - but I believe it's already cast.

Is that ok to ask?

Also, if you could sit down and talk to any person, living or dead, stranger or friend, who would it be and what would you ask them?

Well, damn. Hahaha.

I need another "creative" question.

Did you enjoy kissing Idina every night?

*cough*

Uhm. And... if you could've played another character in RENT (no matter what gender, just based on character) who would you want to play?

Feel free to tell me to shut up at any time.

OO I CAME UP WITH ONE!

what's the strangest thing a fan has ever done to show their appreciation for you?

also, do you have any more "embarrassing on-stage stories"? the tangled phone cord and hand mike ones were hilarious... i was laughing for hours afterwards re: The Rent Welcome Wagon

If you could recast the OBC- take all the same people and put them in different Rent roles, gender-bending allowed, who would play who? Whose part would you want to take?
