ehh its still not working. it's just white blankness. i'll try again tomorrow.
'- why do you think I stay? I mean, the boob convos are great - but it's nights like tonight that hooked me...'
Haha yea we have our deep/intelligent moments, and then other times we talk about things that almost pointless...
'Glory, you didn't tell us how your bday is going.. '
Just fine and dandy Went to California Pizza Kitchen for dinner, and all my family ordered vegetarian food just for me, which like totaly made my day, because sometimes its sort of discouraging that even though I've given up meat, the rest of my family still eats it...
Tonight was also the last night of Hanakuh. So many celebrations at my house in December! I talked to my brother on the phone for a good 30 min or so... He says he's feeling better, but I think he just didn't want me to worry, and he hates feeling weak. Eventually this will all catch up with him though, and he needs to stop being so stubborn.
So yea, my day has been great What about you?
it's kind of a nicer way of saying ho.. so yeah not nice..

you guys are on show schedules for sure...
those are my hours - but I work until 3 am!!!
- and you're right - this computer helps alot - I can check email from the web sites - etc...
but it's SOOO stifling - you guys can imagine just how much I use that computer for EVERYTHING!!!
I'll get there soon - i'm shopping for reconditioned ibooks on all the best mac sites....
after christmas i should be able to move - but the car means a BUNCH of additional expenses (licenese plates, taxes, insurance, etc...)
and of course - christmas is expensive because the kids are far away.....

Some stranger in the store just grabbed my shoulders and said - You fine, my hoochy mama!' I think he was slightly tipsy.

I'm sad the holiday season is over...
Yeah, he was probably smashed
I'm glad to hear he's feeling better Glory.. It breaks my heart to hear otherwise and he is in my prayers..
Oh and everything has a point.. even if it's just random amusement.

Yea I'm sort of hoping that was drug induced... anyone who acts that way in their normal frame of mind is just creepy

Indeed. I get all whiny about how my life sucks, but then I hear about someone who's got an incurable disease or lives on the streets and it shuts me up right away.

ehh life DOES suck. since i've been missing school all i do is work. i haven't left my house for something other than school in weeks.
::and the resident psychiatrists come running:: haha
Someone will always have it better.. There will always be someone better at everything you try to do. However, you just have to be the best you can be and remember that many out there have it worse..

well cam - i certainly don't profess to be the last word on anything....
i speak from life experience - and everyone's experience varies...
but in general - parents always worry that they aren't doing a good enough job (and a lot of times - they aren't....) but if you are still alive - with even a little bit of sense - you(the universal "you") can still give them a shout out for the contribution they did make - it also helps you give up "blaming" them for how they F*** you up - everybody's folks f*** them up in one way or another...
'I'm glad to hear he's feeling better Glory.. It breaks my heart to hear otherwise and he is in my prayers...'
Thanks
And well said Fredi... I tend to take so many things for granted until I lose them, so I'm trying to appreciate the small things more while I still can

Can I adopt you, Fredi?
My parents tell me (TELL ME) that they are making my life better. I don't disagree - but the fact that they have to tell me...?
Broadway Legend Joined: 5/7/04
Guilty of that, Fredi, but would you say it's a bit justified that they won't let me go further than three hours away and are thus restricting my potential to get a great college education?
Glory, all the luck and prayers I have to you and your family.

I passed a McDonalds a while ago, and there was a homeless guy just pressed against the window, watching everyone eat.
