right click on it, click properties, copy the link.

Go to your settings, where it says Upload Image, paste link

Fredi, if you have it saved to the hard drive of the computer, you can just go to your settings, click upload a photo. HIt browse, and find the directory you have th pic saved on. Click on the file, hit open than hit upload.
