That reminds me... today I was hired to make some lady's christmas cookies while she was home. Someone called while I was there and she said that SHE was baking cookies. Now doesn't it sort of defeat the purpose of making them to give to someone if you hire some random guy in the neighborhood to do it for you just because you were too lazy to make them yourself?
Here in this cold white room tied up to these machines, it's hard to imagine life as it used to be. Laughing, screaming, tumbling queen... Like the most amazing light show you've ever seen. Whirling, swirling, never blue... How could you go and die? What a selfish thing to do...

ETA- NTG, my mom makes the best homeade mac-and-cheese ever. Love it to bits, but braces are another story. I had mine for four years, seven months and five days.

i loooove making cookies! i usually don't use a set recipie... i just make normal sugar cookies and add all kinds of stuff to them: marshmallows, graham cracker pieces, nuts, dried fruit (that one didn't go so well)
hmmm... all this talk of cookies is making me hungry
