Haven't looked yet, NTG but I will.
Tiff, tell me about one of these murders.
Fredi, good analogy... wasting something you NEED (emotion) on something you feel is necessary but not (angst).

Posted: 12/30/04 at 12:03amIt's my goal, Fredi! Especially seeing as how I have nothing to do tomorrow but sit around writing my fic, playing my pretty red guitar, and getting ready to go to a party tomorrow night...

sorry what was that I was thinking about that last email NTG.. hehe.. And listening to the rain isn't helping.. haha..
I'm tired of being angsty.. a nice cup of tea tends to help.. I like that idea though Fredi.. angsting is like wasting tons of money you can't afford to waste..

It IS a good analogy though.

Fredi, it's a good idea. But then I channel my real currency on shopping binges, so I've got to tame that too. (This is the first time my credit card's been declined at a store because I maxed it!)

My victim, Tiff?
Let's see... my history teacher. Fiftysomething, nasty as hell. Gives busywork and insanely hard tests (not one perfect score in 23 years) and gets a sick sort of happy grin on his face when he sees people complain or fail.

Fredi, I will definetly try that..

precisely som - this is not to say don't "feel"
we "feel" genuine sorrow at the loss of dear Jerry..
we "feel" genuine compassion for the families of the tidal wave victims
we "feel" genuine anger and contempt for our inept political leaders..
we "feel" genuine frustration at the clashes between our wants and our parents mandates..
we "feel" genuine dissapointment at our lack of boyfriends or lack of people to hang with who understand and appreciate us...
what we don't do is let any of that break our spirits or destroy our ability to press on and be our greatest at all times...

I know what the consequences are and I will just have to accept them when I'm caught. No point in worrying until then.
