yeah - the screenplays... I try to write at least 3 hrs a day doesn't always happen though, not lately anyway
but I also have a 3-pronged arts education project and that's what the website will deal with mostly.
I'd offer to help out with the website, but I probably wouldn't be much good..
The resolution is still far superior on film.. I wish I could show you guys some of my stuff..

cam - i wish you could too!
I love all this artsy film vs. digital talk....

i could help too -- used to do my school's webpage, but then they got lazy and told me to stop.
i am definitely still loyal to film -- i still fool around with it on photoshop though. and i LOVE working in the darkroom.
Well if there is something I can do, please let me know.. I'm willing to give it a shot..
I worked in a photo processing shop for years.. I still kind of miss that.. Those were some good times.. but my hours, pay and benefits are far better working in the compputer industry..
Ooo Beka how I miss the dark room.. That's where I spent my senior year in high school.. That or performing, or working with livestock..
I basically have 35mm film now. I used to have this ANCIENT 110 camera, but it was indeed very old and it died. I'm really just starting with digital, but mostly I like it because it's easier to touch up and stuff. Some pictures I don't fele you can capture really with a digital camera. Maybe I'm weird, but...

I miss being in a choir this time of year...

beka - I might take you up on that offer. - I'll need all the help I can get when the time comes...
Bah humbug.

um tiff? No Christmas spirit?
edit:
don't make us sent the 3 ghosts...
(and I don't mean Patrick Swayze, Meryl Streep and....
Bruce Willis)
Christmas music is awesome!
We're working on our Christmas pageant at church this year. They want me to play a song on the flute agian. And I want to sing with the group, but I kinda can't rehearse because I've still only got half my voice.
EDIT: I need opinions.. Which song should I play?
O Holy Night
Good Kind Wenceslas
What Child Is This?
Adeste Fideles
or
Angels We Have Heard On High
(Those are my choices)
Digitals are fine for your everyday things.. Especially now that you can go to your local one hour photo and get real photographic prints made. However the colors still aren't always accurate.. Even with my SLR digital the consistancy isn't always there. Not a big deal in normal lighting but in theatre situations it can be tough.
Ooo I love Christmas music. our musical director has this fabulous philosophy, you can listen to Christmas music any month that ends in ber..
Ecchhh...no Christmas spirit. At first I thought it was the Seasonal Affective Disorder...but I like Chinese New Year just fine, so I think it's just an XMas/New Yorks detestation.

I'm not really a fan of Christmas music, oddly. I don't know why. Fredi, what is your website of? I might have missed it if you already said, in which case I apologize.
Yes livestock.. I did that for years.. I even did some advising a couple of years ago.. one of the kids I worked with took 3rd place in showmanship. What kind of livestock did you deal with?

O Holy Night is always and emotional crowd pleaser...
but I think Wenceslas would sound awesome on a flute! Especially if you get to riff a bit...

fredi, i'm happy to help!
cam, i spent all last year in the darkroom - i LOVED it, especially since my school just finished some MAJOR multi-million dollar construction and we got an ALL NEW DARKROOM. it's AMAZING. i took photo 1 & 2 - i was VERY lucky to get into those classes because uppclassmen get priority when choosing classes, and i was only one of 3 freshman that took photo at all last year. next semester i'm taking photo 3, then junior and senior year i'll do AP studio art with a focus on photography (and possibly painting, i'm taking a full year painting class as well as a semester ceramics/sculpture class right now)

Ah! I used to play flute, dropped it this year in favor of art classes. Rock on, dancingthru. Doncha hate it when your high C goes off-pitch? Mine never sounded right.
I wish they hadn't gotten rid of photography at my school. Budget cuts.

Oddly enough I only took one year of Photo in high school.. I did really well and didn't have to really try.. I loved it but I just didn't have time in my crazy class schedule.. I was working full time, going to school, doing livestock and going to beauty school.. I look back and wonder how I did it all.. That cool though.. I still love black and white photography.. it's one of my favorites.. Have you ever shot infared film?

cam - mostly sheep and chickens - milk an occasional cow
a few goats too....
som- it's not about anything yet - that's the problem...
tiff - don't shop - Christmas is a lot more fun that way.
We never had photography in my school to begin with! And I don't think we have a real live drama program either! Unless you coun't our spring show, there's nothing I've heard of in my school

photo is actually really big at my school, especially since its an easy way to fulfill the one art credit requirement (it was a technology class up until last year, don't ask me why). all my friends are taking photo now, and they sometimes ask me for help... i feel so honored
i used to play french horn, but in high school you have to be in the marching band or no band at all, and i had NO interest in doing that.

Hm. Fredi, could you make it about your screenplays? A sort of promo thing? I don't really know how that works. Are there any charities you're involved with? That would be something worthwhile.
