above either of those i would suggest "singer's musical theatre anthology" books. they come in several volumes for each voice type (i don't know what your range is), and have songs in their original keys as performed in original productions.
some of the songs will be over-used for auditions, but i used a song from the collection for college auditions and adjudicators always commented on what a good choice it was as it isn't heard often.
i had the teen's musical theatre collection for a while, then realized that all the songs were so overused that it was almost pointless to own it. i photocopied the songs i wanted and gave the book to my high school chorus teacher for other kids to use.
i promise you'll like the "singers musical theatre anthology" books...they're well worth the cost!
