When I was five, someone kicked a soccer ball, and it hit me in the face. I've been afraid of sports ever since.

a lifetime of Banality ouch.

Most balls are pretty scary; I'm always afraid of getting hit.

I'm scared of them, too. I duck anytime I see one, though they usually end up landing a good ten feet away. Reflexes lack depth perception, I suppose.

When I was really young, I played soccer, and there was this one girl on another team who really liked to kick the ball in hopes of hitting the goalie in the head, so that was a tad bit traumatic.

Well, Bohemian, if it hit you'd you'd probably get laughed at, too -- so, better duck, get laughed at and not get hurt than get hit, laughed at and be in pain. a lifetime of Banality

Why would I PM you? So you can block me like you do anyone else that you don't want to deal with? Whatever, I'll try that for now, but I'm sick of you getting away with hiding all your issues in PMs and IMs instead of being called out on them like you deserve. You're not fooling anyone, especially anyone that bothers reading this thread.

Grinding stuff with stone/ mortar and pestle is fun. I think that was the only part of biology class that I routinely enjoyed.

They're great with cheese and other food spreads, like Hummus.
