Last night, there was something that was making the air they were blowing through my building's ventilation system smell like burnt rubber. I had to sleep with my window open (when it was definitely too cold to), because I was starting to feel sick.

The reality that I have a 10 page research paper due in a week is beginning to hit me. Banal posts...

I'm so happy for you and your family, Bohemian. *hug*

Emcee, maybe that signifies that you are in need of a break.

I got Yes, Virginia and uploaded it to my computer without incident.

I'm jealous, insomniak--how does this album compare to their last?

I'm so happy and relieved for you and your family, Bohemian.

I'm not sure if I should change clothes before I go out tonight.

A break from what? My mom? heh.

I'm skipping my Waste of Time Class yet again. My professor has no attendance policy, and I have better things to do than sit there and listen to bad jokes.

I'm sort of up and down lately myself - good things and bad things. So you're not feeling great?

I don't really want to talk about it... I guess I just want to sit here on the thread and "hear" people talking so I don't have to feel quite so alone.

Snowbird, I hate it when that happens. I'm a chapstick addict. What kind do you use?

My dentist gives me chapstick in flavors like raspberry and vanilla.

Blistex complete moisture. I'm trying to find one that stops making my lips so dry.

I use regular green-tube Blistex. It's sort of minty.

Your dentist gives you chapstick? Nice. I just get dental floss.

I change the chapstick that I use really often.

He gives me the floss, a toothbrush and lately has been adding the chapstick. Of course he charges NY prices too.

True. With the price of NY being what it is, maybe they should hand out chapstick on every street corner.

ju-jubes? Are those those little fruity gummies?

I don't know what jujubes are either.
