Great, and good luck with it - it sounds like that's what you should do while you wait for your appointment.

Em, this is probably just a reflection of how I deal with problems, but when you're feeling like this, perhaps it would help to distract yourself with something other than writing about your problems. To me, writing my problems down (or typing them, in this case) just magnifies them and forces me to think about them even more. Maybe it helps you, and if it does, disregard my advice, but I thought you might find my thoughts somewhat useful/helpful.

Probably. Sometimes I do have to wonder how much venting *really* helps. I don't really know.

I'm stuck at the computer for the next three days, though. Lucky BWW. The Chapstick of Banality

I just came back from the nail salon, and my nails are already messed up.

I just made a yummy chicken teriyaki stirfry. With carrots, snowpeas, baby corn, and broccoli. It was delicious.

I have to buy ice packs and some sort of brace... thing for it, at least to use while I'm working at the computer.

I had a problem with my wrist about a year ago, and I got this nifty little brace thing. It was sort of like an ace bandage, but more like a glove with no fingers. It helped a lot.
