Doing that thing where you hold your breath, close your eyes, and clench your muscles for a few seconds, then let it all out, helps prevent eye strain.

I'm so bored I haven't even been able to bring myself to shut the laptop and walk 3 feet to the bed.

I was at a gymnastics meet today and heard floor music from both Wicked (Defying Gravity) and Seussical (Oh The Thinks You Can Think).


They were probably the cheesiest routines I had ever seen.
