Kinda looking forward to this one, but then I love a good scary movie. Enjoyed SIGNS, but thought it got all mucked up with the simplistic ideas about faith. Anyone heard any buzz?
What's the deal with Bryce Dallas Howard? Is she all that or just riding on daddy Howard's laurels? Anyone see her in TARTUFFE or AS YOU LIKE IT at the Public? Love to hear your thoughts.

"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.” ~ Muhammad Ali

She was great in AS YOU LIKE IT, from what my friends tell me.

THE VILLAGE is going to be awesome!
I can't wait!

I hope no one spoils the movie by revealing much about it, unless there is a super secret "spoiler" thread. re: The Village--movie

I can't wait.

I can't wait for Saturday night. That's when we're going...we've been doing a countdown for the last month. I hope it's as good as Sixth Sense and Signs (didn't really get into Unbreakable.)

M. Night Shymalan sure has set a high benchmark for himself in a short time...

And I am trying to avoid all spoilers. I want to be shocked!

Where are we going, and why am I in this handbasket?

Let's just say what I hope it's not:
a) Bigfoots
b) Werewolves

Though I wouldn't mind, I hope he doesn't bring back ghosts, superhumans, or aliens.

I'm very skeptical of this movie. I will go see it because Sigourney Weaver is a legend and I trust her decisions on the films she makes. I liked SIXTH SENSE, but that was the last movie of his I enjoyed. UNBREAKABLE or UNWATCHABLE as I call it is the 2nd worst film I've ever had to endure and SIGNS just left me wanting so much more. But I have a ticket for this weekend, so we'll see...

So YOU'RE the one who saw 'Heartbreakers.'

I loved Heartbreakers! But I do see how some people might not find it as funny as I did.

I enjoyed Heartbreakers as well...
But I'm a Hewitt fan. Especially in cleavage.

Joaquin Phoenix, Michael Pitt AND Sigourney Weaver. You can't go wrong. Or can you? M. Night Shyamalamadingdong is the emperor's new clothes if you ask me and I read the leaked ending (don't worry I won't say a word) and while they went back and reshot so it won't be exactly the ending that was leaked, what I read was laughably bad. Sigh.

Nothing precious, plain to see, don't make a fuss over me. Not loud, not soft, but somewhere inbetween. Say sorry, just let it be the word you mean.

Oh Dear

The Board resorts to name-calling

Well I dont know if its going to be good or not, but if its not I will say if I am disappointed. I dont think the Guy walks on Water. That said...still looking forward to it

Brody is in the cast too

Ah, I'm such a wimp. I cannot watch another horror flick again. The Ring totally got to me.
