"A boring duo at the center of a materialistic, entitled slop pit."
of course the same could be said of Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Brodrick. Or Chloe Kardasian and Lamarr. Or an endless list of same, all of whom have not an iota of the same style and good form Prince and Princess William of Wales displayed.
A few of those hats were just one tiny step away from this:
As far as entitled ... well, they actually ARE entitled, in the most literal sense of the term. He didn't earn it, or achieve it. He wasn't awarded it, nor did he win it.
He's a crown prince born into bloodline dating directly back a thousand years (unbroken), the second in line to the throne of England, and she married him because she was at the right place at the right time, and they fell in love.
Every time someone mutters something about how we don't need the royals I always wonder if Diana would have been able to do all the good she did had she only been "Diana Spencer". William had a wonderful guide in his mother and I feel Princess Catherine will make the best use of her title.

OMG JohnBoy2, that's EXACTLY what my friend said last night. Those two really did look like the evil stepsisters from "Cinderella", while Kate was the Cinderella herself. I guess either Fergie (who wasn't even invited) or Camilla can be the wicked stepmother.
I heard something interesting interesting in relation to Fergie. Since she is no longer considered a member of the Royal Family she would not have been able to sit with the family during the ceremony. But rather in the back with the "riff raff". I wondered had Diana not pass would she have been able to sit with the family as Mother of the Groom. And will Fergie be able to sit up front when her daughters marry?
