Amazingly, HEMLOCK GROVE did not make the list. But the final episode of DEXTER did.
According to the AV Club...

Surprisingly, Project Runway All-Stars.
Wrong host, wrong guest judges, tired & outdated challenges.

Hit List wasn't so much bad as the consistent, insistent Rent connections Smash's second season prescribed to it.
And oh boy, those Emmys were awful.

How did once upon a time in wonderland not make that list?
Or has it been canned already ?

It looked like hate watching and so bad it's good shows missed out altogether. That would explain Hemlock Grove and Once Upon a Time in Wonderland not making it.
None of the Netflix shows made the list (not that any were near as bad as Hemlock Grove), so there's a chance AV Club is only counting broadcast television.
