Good scrapple is spectacular- I am amazed it never became the trendy in thing for breakfast.

What's so bad about spam that makes people think it's a food of last resort? It's really tasty to eat with white rice and with eggs in the morning. I find spam a lot more appealing than Vienna Sausages.

I had spam a few times as a kid but I grew up eating scrapple. I LOVE scrapple with a lot of ketchup.

It was on the news a month ago that people have been eating a lot of spam due to the economy and that the company that makes it had to hire more people because of the demand.

I was watching a show about Spam in Hawaii and it is so popular there that they have a storage facility for it that is in a secret location. The show was allowed to show the inside of the storage facility but no shots of anything around it on the outside.

Never had Spam before, but I have had Scrapple. Quite honestly, if you don't think about what you're eating, it's very tasty.

I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.

Okay, Im sorry, but there are a million OTHER things you could stock in your cabinets besides Spam to cut down on over spending and unnecessary trips to the grocery store. Im just sayin.

I personally find spam repulsive. There is not enough hunger in the world to get me to eat it. Call me a snob, but meat should not come out of a can or a jar.

I have SPAM in my Earthquake kit.

I don't hate it, and have eaten it many ways, but I'll wait until I HAVE to eat it again...

I'm sure the things you'd suggest over spam would be considered less desirable or even repulsive than spam to some people.

I ate spam a lot when I was younger as well, there was a six month to a year time frame where it was our protien. I totally blame that for me being a vegetarian now.

I have NEVER met Cheyenne Jackson. I have never hung out with him in his dressing room, he did not tweet me, he never bought me a beverage, and he mostly certainly didn't tickle me. . .that is all.

"I'm sure the things you'd suggest over spam would be considered less desirable or even repulsive than spam to some people."

What's that supposed to mean? I would suggest almost anything else on the planet over Spam.

And Scrapple... My family used to slaughter pigs at out family reunion and they used every part of the pig for something, but we never had scrapple.

I may just have to try it, just to say I have.

You should give it a try! Don't let the words below scare you off!

"Scrapple is typically made of hog offal, such as the head, heart, liver, and other scraps, which are boiled with any bones attached (often the entire head), to make a broth."

Spam used to be a stapled at my house when I was little. Spam with eggs, spam with rice, spam with ketchup and mac and cheese...I don't eat it much anymore but we still keep it stocked in the pantry >.< I always preferred Vienna sausages.
