This was a really fast decision. My mom walks dogs at the shelter that I take care of cats at. They got in a couple of puppies that were voluntarily surrendered. Apparently, the owners had kept the puppies in a crate for 7 months. They got fed and everything, but just neglected because they were in the crate all the time.

So, my mom decided to adopt one because they were cute and a chihuahua mix. We used to have one.

Her name in Phoebe.

Are you talking about behind her? It looks like that might be part of my dad's jacket or vest he has to wear when he gets ambulance calls. If that's not what you are talking about, point it out, please.
