This was a really fast decision. My mom walks dogs at the shelter that I take care of cats at. They got in a couple of puppies that were voluntarily surrendered. Apparently, the owners had kept the puppies in a crate for 7 months. They got fed and everything, but just neglected because they were in the crate all the time.
So, my mom decided to adopt one because they were cute and a chihuahua mix. We used to have one.
Her name in Phoebe.
