We all know if you want to have a big fat Broadway hit, write a musical adaptation of a popular film. I am afraid this trend is losing steam so I thought what if we adapt TWO films into a musical? It's twice as likely to succeed!
Like perhaps "Little Bionic Women": The March family sticks together through thick and thin and deals with the breakdown of their cyborg 'sister' Beth-14.
Or maybe "Lion Kingpin": A lion cub poses as an Amish Bowling pro to try to win a million dollars, with the help of his pals, including a warthog with an artificial limb and a sleazy Hyena who sells defective bowling supplies.
Or "Philadelphia Story": Will Smith makes his Broadway debut as personal injury lawyer Joe Miller, hired to pursue a lawsuit by Spy Magazine reporter "Mike" Conner (Nathan Lane) who's been fired for having AIDS. Mike is also marrying his long-time partner George Kittridge and invites Miller to the fancy Philadelphia society wedding, to hilarious results! Will Mike end up marrying George? Or maybe Joe? Or perhaps his ex, C.K. Dexter Haven?
I am sure each of you has a sure-fire concept as well.

I think she's ultimately defeated by Angelina's super lips.

How about The Rosemary's Baby?
A troubled drug addicted rockstar gives birth to the son of Satan, with hilarious results. Give Elaine Stritch another Tony now for her role as Minnie Castevet!
