"At the opening night party, they had clowns on stilts, jugglers, a chocolate fountain, popcorn, hot dogs. [My son] looked at me like I had been holding back. Like, 'This is what you do?' I had to tell him, 'No, no, darling. Opening nights don't usually look like this.' It's usually a dark bar with a bottle of vodka." ?Chitty Chitty Bang Bang's Jan Maxwell plus i proudly share the title of the shortest member over the age of 10 with wickedrentq!

Ah, the duckie-speedo pictures. Yes, those are quite amusing. What did he sing for that required such an interesting wardrobe?

John and Rod apparently did a spoof of Scream or Pyscho that involved them being in the shower
Unfortunatley, I wasn't there

no, not till now. but we could make this the new "Adam Pascal" thread if we try!

I don't think any of us the time to rival the "Adam Pascal" thread.

Anyway, I'm bummed because I won't be able Avenue Q before John leaves. I thought about a spontaneous trip to NYC to see it, but I'd have to fly and I'm rather poor. I'll just live vicariously through VH1 countdowns and the cast recording.

As a member of the Adam Thread, no, we can't beat it and don't even try
Is anyone seeing him this week before his fond farewell?

yea, beating the adam thread it just crazy. it would be cool to get as much support for john, which i know we all have, but like orange said, so little time. (and adam certainly deserves his thread) i just heard that someone was supposed to go tomorrow and can't and now there's a free ticket floating around that i can't have.
