Avoid the Mission Impossible gum. I had a nasty incident with that and the water over at Caroline or Change.

I worked in "broadway concessions " for a while. At a certian Disney show adults can take alchohol into the theatre if it is concealed in a kids plastic cup with a straw. :P

I remember the first time I went to the West End to see a show centuries ago. I was very surprised folks were allowed to eat ice cream, etc. at their seats. Updated On: 7/2/04 at 12:16 AM

I do not like eating at the theatre...I find it too much like a movie theater. I only prefer grapping a drink from the bar.

I, personally, am an iceteas-holic.

At bare, one could purchase beer or water and it was allowed in the theatre.

in the theatres in chicago, you can get ice cream bars and eat them in your seat. It's kind of interesting, but it seems more suited for a sporting event.

The ice cream thing happens in London also. It makes me laugh ... it's just a strange combination.
