I forgot who said it (Maybe on AN ACTOR'S LIFE) but there really is no rejection in acting. When you audition for something, the people you are auditioning for genuinely want you to be great. It will make their job much easier. They want to find the right actor as it would hasten the start of production. They're completely on your side. True rejection would be not even letting you in the door.
So just remember that, kiddies, when ye be auditionin'.

Not really. Just move on to another audition. Just like any job.
If you don't get a job at a grocery store, you don't whine about it. Just move on to something else.
