Things I Hate About Everyone

1. People who point at their wrist while asking for the time.... I know where my watch is pal, where the hell is yours? Do I point at my crotch when I ask where the toilet is?

2. People who are willing to get off their ass to search the entire room for the tv remote because they refuse to walk to the tv and change the channel manually.

3. When people say "Oh you just want to have your cake and eat it too". Damn right! What good is cake if you can't eat it?

4. When people say "it's always the last place you look". Of course it is. Why the hell would you keep looking after you've found it? Do people do this? Who and where are they? Gonna Kick their asses!

5. When people say while watching a film "did you see that?". No Loser, I paid $12 to come to the cinema and stare at the damn floor.

6. People who ask "Can I ask you a question?".... Didn't really give me a choice there, did ya sunshine?

7. When something is 'new and improved!'. Which is it? If it's new, then there has never been anything before it. If it's an improvement, then there must have been something before it, couldn't be new.

8. When people say "life is short". What the hell?? Life is the longest damn thing anyone ever does!! What can you do that's longer?

9. When you are waiting for the bus and someone asks "Has the bus come yet?". If the bus came would I be standing here, dumbass?

When I first read the title of the thread, my first thought was "people who say,'it was the last place I looked'" But you already got that one.

How about people who get on the same airplane, say to Orlando and attempt small talk by starting of "Going to Orlando?". No, actually, I'm going to North Carolina, but I've got my chute, so we're okydokee

Or

When you call your internet provider because you can't get online and they refer you to their website for help.

On the airplane thing- you could have a connecting flight and Orlanda is just en route to your actual destination. Then again, at the moment you are going to Orlando. But people could take the question differently.

re: Things I Hate About Everyone

I hate those people on the buses and trains who, during rush hour, have to take the aisle seat and leave the window seat empty hoping no one will want to try and sit next to them. Most likely, the smelliest sickest germiest person will simply crawl all over you just for the chance to sit down involving way more body contact than if you had simply sat next to the window. Hate x 2 for those who sit in the disabled seating area and force the old woman with orthopedic shoes or the blind man to stand up all the while looking elsewhere as if they had no idea someone like this entered the bus right in front of them (I've seen it happen).

I also hate when you're looking for something and someone says, "Where did you have it last?" Obviously, the last place I had it was WHERE I LOST IT, DUMBASS! If I knew that, I wouldn't be looking for it, would I?

And one of my all-time favorites. It's the lunch rush and you're standing in a long line at McDonald's. You're finally close to the counter and when asked for their order, the person in front of you says, "Ummmmmm......let me see......what do you have?" ARE YOU FREAKIN' KIDDING ME?? First of all, I find it really hard to swallow that this person has no idea what McDonald's serves. You would have to be Ahmish and never set foot outside your village. Secondly, the menus are right in front of you the whole time stretched across the width of the restaurant and blindingly lit. Thirdly, just in case you are a foreign visitor (which most of these excruciatingly frustrating inviduals are NOT), each "meal" has a HUGE photo cruelly depicting the best-case scenario of said "meal" just so there can be no confusion as to what is available. The confusion comes later when you look at your food and try to draw the similarities to the picture, but I digress. Without a doubt, these people ask for multiple items not offered (tacos, onion rings, calamari, etc), demand free extras in abundance with an unfliching sense of entitlement, argue the price (prominently displayed next to each picture), and/or pay in pennies.

I'm so glad I got that out of my system.

What's the big deal if someone sits by the aisle? Most of the time you just need to ask them to move over.

My mother alway said that to me. Always. I would always come back with, "Well, if I knew that, I wouldn't have this problem, would I???" And she never learned not ask it anymore.

Plum - During rush hour on a crowded bus or train, it's just common sense. Why make people ask you to move or crawl over you when you can just leave an empty seat which will obviously be occupied in the next stop or two? And it's even worse when they put their bag in the seat next to them, which is SO passive-agressive.

I guess it just doesn't annoy me so much. :) Then again, I get on towards the beginning of my bus line and I almost always end up standing on the subway, so it's not a big thing for me.

Speaking of Boobs's #5...

1) Why do people buy a large popcorn when they will only eat 1/4 of it? After the movie, I swear that I will see full buckets of popcorn and untouched cups of soda just lined up across the aisles.

2) Why don't moviegoers turn off their cell phones? The announcement on the screen should give them a hint. If they're in a position where there expecting a call that they HAVE to answer, they should not be going to the movies in the first place.

3) Why do they talk throughout? They paid their $6-9, and not only are THEY missing the movie, but everyone within hearing distance of them is forced to listen to their conversation. SHUT UP!!!

4) Adding to #3, I cannot tell you how many b***jobs and makeout sessions I've unintentionally witnessed in the back row.

What the hell is wrong with people?!

Is this elevator going up - while standing next to the lit up sign ?

Someone asks you for directions on the bus or subway. You tell them & than they go & ask other people the same thing.
