With YEAR ZERO out now, it's important to remember who paved the way for Nine Inch Nails and the likes of he.
That would be Industrial Brits Throbbing Gristle.
They're releasing their first album in 25 years.

"There's never a way
And there's never a day
To convince people
You can play their game
You can say their name
But you won't convince people..."

SG, did you mean for that to sound the way it did? If so, LOL.
If not, LOL also.

Oh, dear...
I think I may have to put that in my signature.

Actually, I thought the whole thing was pretty funny.
And I would never mock Jesus.

Posted: 4/11/07 at 11:39amPM, you're very fickle with the sigs. An hour ago you were using me, and it never even happened.

Posted: 4/11/07 at 11:47amHow dare you lead me on! I lead my life on BWW typing clever lines in the hope that some day a respectable BWWer will adopt one of them as a signature. This is too much for me to bear!

Not to worry, dearies, I'm using both. They're both so amazingly great that I cannot pass them up!

Posted: 4/11/07 at 12:11pmI thought about posting a Fugazi thread but I thought it would be ignored...who knew? Ian MacKaye is my kinda dreamboat!
#22re: Throbbing Gristle

They are sadly "on haitus" with no plans to get back together in the near future. MacKaye is in The Evens with his--boo! hiss!--girlfriend and he still does speaking engagements.
Some of Henry Rollins' spoken word stuff on DVD has priceless MacKaye stories.
Mmmm...Rollins and MacKaye....excuse me a moment.
